Hans Stauffer Account Books

I was browsing Genealogy.com and enetered into my Genealogy Library subscription. In Genealogies of Pennsylvania Families Volume III. (1982). Baltimore: Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc., William T. Stauffer published Hans Stauffer's Account Books. A Study. If you have this subscription the link to this is http://www.genealogy.com/cgi-bin/ifa_image.cgi?SEC=Genealogies-20of-20Pennsylvania-20Families-20III-2C-20St-2DZ&IN=002170&PN=44&CD=163

The account books have a description of his emmigration from Weissenau to London from Nov. 5, 1709 to Jan. 26, 1710.

I have found this recounted at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~ggracie/library/stover/hans.html

The book appears to have been left to his son Jacob, and then to Jacob's son John. Jacob appears to have entered family members and financial accountings. John appeared to have only recorded family members.

While searching the Internet for more information on another Stauffer relative, Wilfred Ludwig Stauffer, I ran accross information that indicates Wilfred Ludwig Stauffer, Sr. once had Hans' diary in his possession. For more details and other links about Wilfred Ludwig's family, see the forum post thread at http://stauffergenealogy.com/communityserver/forums/p/9/18.aspx#18
